These Terms of Service govern your use of NaijaHighLifeData (naijahighlifedata.com.ng). By registering or using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure
- Do not share your account with anyone else
- Notify us immediately at brixup955@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all transactions made on your account
3. Wallet & Payments
- Your wallet balance is held for the purpose of purchasing VTU services only
- Wallet funds are non-withdrawable — they can only be used to buy services on this platform
- All funding is processed through Paystack and is final once confirmed
- Minimum wallet funding amount is as displayed on the platform
4. Transactions & Refunds
- Successful transactions are final and non-reversible once delivered
- If a transaction fails to deliver, your wallet will be automatically refunded
- Disputed transactions must be reported within 24 hours via our support page
- We are not responsible for delays caused by network operators (MTN, Airtel, Glo, etc.)
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not use our platform to:
- Engage in fraudulent activities of any kind
- Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt our platform
6. Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, network operator issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect service availability.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform, without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
NaijaHighLifeData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform beyond the value of the transaction in dispute.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
